| - The purpose of the present study was to ascertain whether it is possible to substitute animal protein in a pig diet with lupin of Sonet cultivar or amaranth grain or dried surface biomass of amaranth when one type feed ration is used during the entire period of fattening, and its impact on the growth efficiency and health of pigs. Its role in feed conversion, carcass characteristics, meat quality and sensory parameters was analyzed.

- Záměrem této práce bylo zjistit, zda je možné nahradit živočišné proteiny v krmivu prasat lupinou (varianta Sonet) a amarantovým zrnem nebo usušenou nadzemní biomasou amarantu během celé doby výkrmu, a zjistit vliv na přírůstek a zdraví zvířat. Byl také analyzován účinek na konverzi krviv, jatečné ukazatele a senzorické parametry. (cs)
