| - One of the key managerial role is organizing, organizational design has in today´s dynamically evolving world relevance in point of view of the development and competitiveness of organizations. That’s why the authors decided to conduct research of type of organizational structures in small and medium sized enterprises with the aim to determine whether the liner organizational structure dominated in small companies and whether in medium companies are signs of changes in business environment with the need for collaboration between organizations.
