  • In our study we have tested several compounds for their genotoxic effects. We have used DNA repair proteins to detect modifications of DNA bases. Our results brings evidence of genotoxicity of wide range of commonly used chemicals (KMnO4, KCrO4, SAVO, dichlormethane).

  • V naší studii jsme se zaměřili na testování genotoxicity běžně používaných chemikálií. Sledovali jsme vliv působení těchto chemikálií na báze DNA. K rozlišení modifikace bazí, jsme využili enzymy, které jsou součástí opravných mechanismů buněk a jejichž úkolem je rozpoznávat a vystřihovat modifikované báze z řetězce DNA. Naše výsledky prokázaly genotoxicitu u těchto chemikálií: KMnO4, KCrO4, SAVO, dichlormethan, dimethylsulfát. (cs)
