Description	Somatic embryos of oak (Quercus robur L.) were maturated on agar-solidified media. Developing cotyledonary embryos were analyzed at maturity stages I – III for water content, osmotic potential and ABA concentration and proline. With the maturation of embryo, content of proline markedly increased, whereas both content of ABA and water content decreased. Vyvíjející se embrya v kotyledonárním stádiu I-III byla analyzována na obsah vody, koncentrace prolinu a abscisové kyseliny, a byl zjišťován osmotický potenciál. S průběhem maturace klesá koncentrace kyseliny abscisové a obsahu vody, zatímco koncentrace prolinu výrazně stoupá. (cs)
