| - Popsána syntéza a biologické vlastnosti 9 nových analogů vasopresinu majících v molekule v poloze 2 nebo 3 2-aminoindan-2-karboxylovou kyselinu (Aic). Jeden z nových analogů, [Mpa1,Aic2,Val4,D-Arg8]VP, je jednim z nejefektivnějších antidiuretických analogů. (cs)
- Synthesis and some pharmacological properties of nine new analogues of arginine vasopressin modified in the N-terminal part of the molecule with 2-aminoindane-2-carboxylic acid (Aic) is described. One of the new peptides, [Mpa1,Aic2,Val4,D-Arg8]VP, is one of the most potent antidiuretic vasopressin analogues reported to date.
