Description	The climate changes have more severe implications on developing countries than it has been expected. Impact and vulnerability varying across many regions hamper equity and sustainable development. These consequences lead developing countries to try gaining full information on all aspects of climate change as well as participation in the growth of greenhouse gas emissions which could preserve ecosystems, economies, technologies and capital to mitigate and adapt the climate change. This monograph aims to enriching as well as improving the reader´s knowledge to consider proper investments, design and assess Clean Development Management project potential in terms of international carbon financing investment requirements. It is because the readers must be able to initiate and evaluate the feasibility of the projects before their start and during their implementation.
