  • Volatiles from five samples of grass silages and eight samples of maize silages were therefore analysed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC-MS) after static headspace solid phase microextraction (SHS-SPME). Using a polyacrylate fibre, 23 volatile components were detected. Mainly phenolic and terpenic compounds were found in both maize and grass silages. These components were identified by Mass Spectral Library (Xcalibur NIST 98/EPA/NIH), only two of them were identified using standards: 4-ethylphenol and 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol.

  • Těkavé látky ze vzorků travních a kukuřičných siláží byly stanoveny metodou plynové chromatografie v kombinaci s hmotnostní spektrometrií s použitím izolace metodou SPME headspace. S použitím polyakrylátového vlákna bylo identifikováno 23 těkavých látek, zejména látky terpenické a fenolické povahy. Nalezené těkavé látky byly identifikovány pomocí knihovny spekter Xcalibur NIST 98/EPA/NIH, pouze dvě látky byly identifikovány srovnáním s vnějším standardem: 4-ethylphenol a 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol.
