Description
  • Key competencies have become phenomenon which is currently a part of transformation of many schools as well as education. Under the influence of key competencies not only the goals and the content of education are being changed, but also the way which should lead teachers together with pupils to fulfill expected outputs declared in Framework Educational Programme of Primary Education. To fulfill the required changes it is necessary to prepare teachers properly, it is not sufficient to only change pregradual education of new teachers. It is necessary to work with teachers who have already participated in the teaching process. The contribution gives information about running project which is focused on further education of teachers from primary schools in the Ústí Region.
