Description	The effect of N fertilization on the development of couch-grass was investigated in a small-plot trial. There were four methods of utilization (intensive, moderately intensive, low intensive, extensive) and four levels of fertilization (no fertilization, PK, N90PK, N180PK) of permanent grassland. The dominant grass species in the first year were Poa pratensis, Dactylis glomerata and Lolium perenne. In the following year there was a significant increase of Elytrigia repens in the treatments with N fertilization. There was found a direct correlation between development of Elytrigia repens and higher levels of N fertilizer. Hodnoceny byly různé způsoby využití (intenzivní, středně intenzivní, málo intenzivní a extenzivní) a hnojení (bez hnojení, PK, N90PK, N180PK) trvalého travního porostu. V prvním roce byly dominantními druhy Poa pratensis, Dactylis glomerata a Lolium perenne. V následujícím roce došlo k významnému zvýšení podílu druhu Elytrigia repens u variant s N hnojením. Byla zjištěna přímá závislost mezi zastoupením druhu Elytrigia repens a vyšší dávkou N hnojiva. (cs)
