Description
| - Classification of 34 currently grown and in Czech Republic registered pea varieties was made by 42 morphological descriptors, 3 isozyme biochemical markers, 8 microsatellite (SSR) and 2 retrotransposone based DNA markers. Emphasis was put on development and practical use of relatively simpler molecular method variants, as analysis cost and speed were also taken into account. Obtained results demonstrate clear potential and resolving power of DNA based methods.

- Byla provedena klasifikace 34 aktuálně pěstovaných odrůd hrachu registrovaných v České republice pomocí 42 morfologických deskriptorů, 3 isoenzymových biochemických markerů, 8 mikrosatelitních (SSR) a 2 retrotransposonových DNA markerů. Pro práci byly zvoleny takové molekulární metody, které jsou relativně jednoduché, levné a rychlé. Získané výsledky demonstrují možnosti a odlišovací schopnosti metod založených na DNA. (cs)
