| - In the building industry production of sintered fly ashes aggregate is one of the technologically very profitable ways of fly ash utilization. This aggregate was produced former in the Czech Republic under the trade mark AGLOPORIT in the plant Dětmarovice near Ostrava with utilization of the American (USA) Corson Comp. licensed technology. There are really wide possibilities of agloporit utilization in the civil engineering. The production and the utilization of aggregates from fly ash are stagnating in the world at the present time. The main reason is the uncontrolled technology from the standpoint of achieved economic parameters. High costs of agloporit production are particularly caused by high natural gas consumption for the batch ignition. That is really actually because of constant increase of natural gas price. The main purpose of my scientific work is to eliminate this negative effect.
