  • Článek se zabývá definicí a významem e-governmentu, v souvislosti s tím pojednává o jeho koncepčních modelech. Dále stručně shrnuje vývoj a přínosy e-governmentu, na základě čehož identifikuje modely, které se v praxi aplikují ve vyspělých státech. Článek také pojednává o přínosech a možných úspor souvisejících s přechodem na elektronický výkon správy prostřednictvím G2B, G2C, G2G. Na závěr jsou vyčleněny hlavní cíle současného e-governmentu a jsou zmíněny nástroje, za jejichž pomocí jich má být dosaženo. (cs)
  • The paper deals with the definition and meaning of e-government. It briefly sums up its evolution and benefits, on this it identified models of e-government, which are used in developed countries. The article deals with benefits and possible savings, which are related to changeover to electronic execution of government through G2B, G2C, G2G. At the end there are specified main objectives of current e-government and instruments, which should help with reaching these objectives.
