| - Práce se zabývá studiem vlivu koagulantů na průběh mikrofiltrace modelových vodných disperzí oxidu titaničitého na trubkových keramických membránách. Výsledky experimentů ukazují, že úprava disperze TiO2 přídavkem anorganického a organického koagulantu výrazně ovlivňuje hodnoty intenzity toku permeátu při mikrofiltraci. Přídavek koagulantu má vliv na zeta-potenciál disperze, velikost částic a vlastnosti filtračního koláče a tím i na intenzitu toku permeátu. Z porovnání závislostí ustálených hodnot intenzity toku permeátu při mikrofiltraci disperze upravené anorganickým koagulantem (Al2(SO4)3) a organickým koagulantem (polyakrylamid) bylo prokázáno, že pro intenzifikaci mikrofiltrace vodné disperze TiO2 je vhodnější úprava nástřiku anorganickým koagulantem, tj. Al2(SO4)3. Ustálené hodnoty intenzity toku permeátu při mikrofiltraci disperze upravené tímto koagulačním činidlem dosáhly v porovnání s organickým koagulantem, tj. polyakrylamidem, několikanásobně vyšších hodnot. - The influence of coagulation on the microfiltration of model dispersion of titanium dioxide on tubular ceramic membranes has been studied in this work. The results of the experiments show that the pretreatment of dispersion TiO2 by inorganic and organic coagulants highly influence the permeate flux. The addition of coagulant influence ζ-potential of dispersion and partical size and in this way affect the permeate flux. This phenomenon is especially pronounced during microfiltration of dispersion with addition of inorganic coagulant (Al2(SO4)3). The obtained steady state permeate flux was much higher than flux obtained by microfiltration of dispersion treated with organic coagulant (polyacrylamide). Thus, the inorganic coagulant seems to be better pretreatment for microfiltration of aqueous dispersion of titanium dioxide than polyacrylamide.
