| - Naše výsledky ukazují, že stabilní hemodialyzovaní pacienti nemají vyšší klidový energetický výdej než kontroly a že ani sama dialyzační procedura energetický výdej nezvyšuje. Vzestup tělesné teploty během dialýzy je tedy nejspíše dán sníženými tepelnými ztrátami a lze ho korigovat zvláštním modulem (BMT). Ztráty tepla jsou úměrné poklesu krevního volumu během dialýzy. - Our findings suggest that stable maintenance HD in patients have REE not different from healthy controls, that HD procedure per se does not significantly increase REE and that neither isothermic nor thermoneutral regimen has any influence on metabolic rate. Therefore, body temperature elevation during routine HD may rather be due to decreased heat removal. With the use of BMT in acute mode, body temperature can be kept stable, which requires active cooling.
