  • V této studii bylo zjištěno, že chelátor železa SIH nemá potenciál oslabovat protinádorovou účinnost antracyklinů a zároveň je schopen navodit signifikantní kardioprotekci proti chronické antracyklinové kardiotoxicitě u králíka. Nicméně, bylo dále zjištěno, že tato látka sdílí paradoxní dávkovou závislost s ostatními aroylhydrazony. (cs)
