Description	The purpose of the 1G58052 project called “Research of degradation of drinking water quality during accumulation process“, supported by the National Agency for Agricultural Research, is to define the external and internal key factors affecting the maintenance of quality of water in accumulation and further in the distribution network. Within the framework of the proposed project no. 1G58052 the research workplaces deal with assessment of affects of water tanks of quality of water supplied to consumers, specifically from various points of view: microbiological, biological and physic-chemical changes in water accumulation. Besides that they deal with influence of the air on quality of accumulated water, influence of structural layout and hydraulic ratios. The results of the project solved in 2006 to 2008 shall be the groundwork for preparing of technical recommendation waterworks plants.
