Description
| - Efficacy of herbicide Liberty against annual weeds and volunteer cereals in winter rape will be tested in small field trials. Treatments will be optimised in respect to the dosage and precision timing of application (growth stage of weeds, timing). The efficacy of control using transgenic crops will be compare to the standard methods using herbicides based on metazachlor, alachlor, clomazone and quinmerac. The shift in the weed community as result of herbide using will be observed. The risks by growingtransgenic crops wil be evaluated. The laboratory tests will be done to compare transgenic and clasical winter rape cultivars in tendency to become secondary dormant. The monitoring of spatial occurence, phenotypic ang genotypic variability of weed beet in the condition of the Czech Republic will be done and finded populations will be described. - V maloparcelních pokusech bude sledována účinnost ochrany s využitím herbicidu Liberty (20% glufosinate-ammonium) proti odolným jednoletým plevelům a výdrolu předplodin v řepce ozimé. Ochranné zásahy budou optimalizovány s ohledem na dávkování a vhodnéčasování aplikace (růstová fáze plevelů, termín). Účinnost metod ochrany s využitím transgenů bude porovnána s účinností standardních metod, využívajících herbicidů na bázi metazachloru, alachloru, clomazone a quinmeracu. Budou sledovány změny ve složení plevelného společenstva v důsledku aplikace herbicidu. Budou hodnocena pěstitelská rizika spojená s praktickým zavedením transgenních plodin. V laboratorních podmínkách bude sledována náchylnost semen transgenních a klasických odrůd řepky ozimé k získání sekundární dormance. Bude proveden monitoring výskytu, fenotypové a genotypové variability plevelné řepy v podmínkách ČR. U nalezených jedinců bude zaznamenány specifické znaky.
