Description
| - The project investigates methods of monitoring of key animal pest species of field vegetables, mainly Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Diptera, Thysanoptera and Aphidina. The methods using pheromone and optical traps will be tested under field conditions. The efficiency of selective botanical insecticides and biopreparations will be tested using main pest species, and the registration procedure for prospective compounds prepared. Further investigated will be protection against bibionid larvae, monitoring of and protection against slugs (using biological and alternative methods), application of Trichogramma parasitoids against lepidopteran pests, and the effect of Ditylenchus dipsaci biotypes on selected vegetable species. The imunomethod will be developed to diagnose Plasmodiophora brassicea in soil, seeds and seedling of economically important vegetables of family Brassicaceae . - Pro hlavní druhy živočišných škůdců polní zeleniny z řádu motýlů, brouků, dvoukřídlých, třásněnek a mšic budou vypracovány nebo prověřeny v polních podmínkách metody monotorování výskytu využívající feromonové a optické lapáky a teplotní modely vývoje. Bude zjišťováná účinnost selektivních a botanických insekticidů a biopreparátů na hlavní druhy škůdců a připraveny podklady pro registraci těchto přípravků. U smutnic bude zjišťována druhové spektrum škodlivých druhů a prověřovány metody ochrany proti nim. U plžů budou vyvíjeny metody monitorování a zjišťována účinnost biologických prostředků ochrany a dalších alternativních metod. Zájem bude dále soustředěn na stanovení optimálních postupů a metod pro aplikaci parazitoidů rodu Trichogramma proti jednotlivým druhům motýlů. Bude studována škodlivost jednotlivých biologických ras háďátka zhoubného Ditylenchus dipsaci na vybraných druzích zeleniny. Bude vypracována imunometoda pro diagnostiku patogena Plasmodiophora brassicae v půdě, osivu a sadbě hlavních
