Description
  • The aim of the project is to participate, together with a number of European groups, on a coordinated Action of COST MP0805. This Action is concentrated to study in a complex way the semiconducting materials of the type III-N-V for the purposes of communications. In the context of this activity the present project wants to perform the theoretical basic research of relaxation effects, transport and the influence of the interaction of charge carriers with the vibrations of the lattice, especially in connection with the new knowledge achieved within the Action, as is the band structure, scattering mechanisms, and others. The purpose of the project will contain also the explanation of properties of nanostructures of III-N-V materials including nanodevices. An attention will be paid to organic components in the nanostructures as well. (en)
  • Cílem projektu v rámci koordinované Akce COST MP0805 bude provádět teoretický výzkum relaxačních jevů, transportu a vlivu interakce nosičů s kmity mříže nanostruktur typu III-N-V.
