  • The development of clinically relevant porcine ischemia-reperfusion abdominal aorta aneurysm rupture. Impact on hemodynamics, tissue metabolism, oxidative stress and inflammation activation will be observed. Subsequently, the influence of hyperoxia will be tested. (en)
  • Rozvoj klinicky relevantního prasečího ischemicko-reperfuzního modelu ruptury aneurysmatu břišní aorty. Bude sledováno ovlivnění hemodynamiky, tkáňového metabolismu, oxidačního stresu a aktivace zánětu. Následně bude ukoumána možnost ovlivnění pomocí hyperoxie.
