Description
| - The main objective of the project is study of the conditions for optimisation and stabilisation of critical currents in high-Tc superconductors with the aim to find such conditions that would favorite use of these materials in technical applications.We will study the magnetic moment induced by a change of the external magn.field,its relaxation rate,effectivity of different types of impurities and pinning centres produced artificially e.g.by the heavy ion irradiation,current transport in BiSrCaCuO tapesand the effects facilitating holding of these current at a possibly highest level.Magnetic measurements will be combined with a detailed chemical and crystallographic analyses and microscopic study of the sample morphology.Analyses of the relaxation and transport measurements will results in maps of critical currents dependencies on field,temperature and relaxation rate,so called (J-B-T-E)planes that fully characterise properties of the superconducting currents in the samples. - Základním záměrem navrhovaného projektu je studium podmínek pro optimalizaci a stabilizaci proudů ve vysokoteplotních supravodičích s cílem najít takové podmínky, za nichž budou tyto materiály přijatelné a výhodné pro technické aplikace. Především bychom chtěli studovat magnetický moment indukovaný změnou magnetického pole a rychlost jeho relaxace, efektivitu různých druhů příměsí a upínacích center, vytvořených např. ozařováním těžkými ionty, dále transport proudu v páskách BiSeCaCuO a efekty napomáhající udržení tohoto proudu na co nejvyšší úrovni. Magnetické a elektrické testy budou doplněny podrobnými chemickými a krystalografickými rozbory a mikroskopickým studiem morfologie vzorků. Výsledkem analýz relaxačních a transportních jevů budou mapy závislostí kritického proudu na poli, teplotě a relaxační rychlosti, tzv. (J-B-T-E) plochy, plně charakterizující vlastnosti supravodivých proudů na vzorcích.
