In this thesis there will be evaluated the influence of structure and the history of production of the aluminium alloys which are used for drawing into casting product. For the chosen materials there will be performed the common tests of the technological forming. For the tested materials there will be observed the structure of the material before forming and also researched the influence of forming for the modification of material structure. By the acquired results it will be assigned the influence of the structure and chemical composition of the tested aluminium alloys for the forming. On the basis of performed experiments assign the efficient material with default chemical composition and for this material observe the influence of the condition of the crystallization for consecutive technological properties. To achieve optimal process of stamping propose and construct experimental tension tool with divided blank-holder and variable holding force. By dint of this tool it will be possible to change the holding force around the circuit of the stamping, and by this way achieve maximal utilization of plastic ability of the material. (en)
Cílem projektu je nalézt souvislost mezi chemickým složením a podmínkami krystalizace na tvářitelnost Al-slitin určených pro tváření za studena. Pomocí speciálního nástroje s proměnnou přidržovací silou provést výzkum v oblasti vlivu průběhu přidržovací síly na proces tažení výlisků.
