  • The goal of the project was development opf the new generation of self-lubricating forming tools coated with multi-layer, nanocomposite coatings, which provide low friction coefficient during process of forming. The most oiptimal design of the forming tool with micro channels filled with solid lubricant of nanoparticles MoS2/WS2 achieved ultra low friction coeficient. Used method PVC/PVD (en)

Ověření nejvhodnější konstrukce nástrojů s mikrozásobníky tuhého maziva a nanočásticemi MoS2/WS2. V provozních podmínkách provedena inovace povlakování metodou PVC/PVD. (cs)
