| - Cílem projektu je vypracovat vhodné pěstitelské metodiky pro konopí seté v návaznosti na různé oblasti pěstování, způsob sklizně, výnosové charakteristiky, kvalitu a následné využití produkce stonku a semene. (cs)
- The renewal of hemp growing in Europe has started after 1995. The most valuable hemp product is very solid fibre suitable for a textile and special paper production. Hemp products are newly utilized in building, car industry, pharmacology and furniture production. Using of hemp biomass or scutch as energy sources is also very interesting way. In the Czech republic hemp growing has not extented significantly yet. The probable reasons for this are: the lack of wider offer of efficient varieties convenient for our climate conditions, which is connected wiht high price and limited availability of seeds of foreign varieties, not existing production of seeds in the Czech Republic, missing registered control methods of harmful organisms and practically no possibilities for regulation of ripening of crop for main production of seeds, dissolved technological processes for untraditional growing and harvesting.
