Description	Cílem studie je nalezení kombinací genetických variant 7 genů zodpovědných za dědičnou dispozici k rozvoji alkoholového poškození jater (ALD), které představují zvýšené riziko pro vznik či závažný průběh ALD. U 200 pacientů s ALD a ve dvojnásobném vzorku kontrolní populace bude provedena analýza 12 polymorfismů v 7 klíčových genech. Nalezené frekvence alel u pacientů a kontrol budou porovnány statistickými metodami. (cs) The aim of the proposed study is to find combination(s) of genetic variants in 7 genes responsible for the genetic disposition to the development or serious course of ALD. Twelve polymorphisms in the 7 key genes will be analysed in min. 200 patients with ALD and 450 healthy controls. The obtained allelic frequencies will be evaluated by statistical methods. (en)
