Description	One of the possibility for identification of proteins is the liquid chromatographic/mass spectrometric (LC(LC)-MS/MS) analysis of the digestion mixture of proteins. At the separation of complex mixture, the key of the success is the resolution of the chromatographic system which is influenced strongly by the properties of the chromatographic column. Hungarian group will prepare nanoHPLC columns (packing material 1.2 and 1.5 microm diameter). Columns will be used for the proteomic analysis. In the next step will further unfold new method recently developed by bohemian participants. The method combines electrophoretic and mass spectrometry for protein identification and study of their posstranslational modifications. (en) Jedna z možností identifikace proteinů je LC(LC)-MS/MS analýza štěpené směsi proteinů. Pro separaci komplexních směsí je klíčové rozlišení chromatografického systému, které je silně ovlivněno vlastnostmi chramatografické kolony. Maďarská skupina připraví nanoHPLC kolony s výplní o 1,2 a 1,5 mikrom, které budou aplikovány pro proteomickou analýzu. Dále bude rozvíjena českou skupinou nově vyvinutá metoda kombinující elektroforetické a MS techniky. Tato metoda bude aplikována pro identifikaci proteinů a studium jejich posttranslačních modifikací. (cs)
