| Description
| - The main project goal is the support of young scientists’ education, knowledge and experience acquisition, and subsequent dissemination in the field of near real time cartographic visualization of sensors and sensor networks (pervasive cartography). Project activities will be held in a wider context of spatially enabled society as defined by INSPIRE and GMES initiatives. Aforementioned education and transfer of knowledge will be realised via three main key project activities: KA 1 – Workshops – each year there will be two workshops organised - one in English with international experts focused on the knowledge transfer into the Czech Republic attended by internal audience only, the other in Czech for wider (external) audience for knowledge dissemination within the Czech Republic. Three main thematic topics for annual workshops deal with cartographic aspects of geoinformation infrastructures, sensor networks development and applications, and cartographic visualization of sensor networks. KA 2 – Development of electronic educational content – e-portal covering particular key project activities status, theoretical lectures about pervasive cartography (e learning course), and links to the key international initiatives (INSPIRE, GMES, GSDI) and projects (7FP). KA 3 – Young researchers’ international mobility – due to insufficient national knowledge at the aforementioned area of sensor networks and pervasive cartography, the international mobility will serve as a key to education of young researchers. Short term stays on renowned universities and research institutes will be realised prior to the international workshops each year in order to gain specific knowledge and set up bilateral cooperation. - Projekt je zaměřen na zvyšování kvality lidského potenciálu a vybudování silného vědeckého týmu v oblasti geoinformačního výzkumu, který směřuje k vybudování informační společnosti využívající prostorová data.Vzhledem k současným změnám v legislativě (směrnice INSPIRE) a rozvoji dalších evropských aktivit směrem k rozvoji geoinformačních infrastruktur (GMES) je nutné inovovat a podpořit další vzdělávání mladých vědeckých pracovníků a doktorandů, kteří představují hlavní cílovou skupinu projektu. Projekt bude realizován prostřednictvím kombinace krátkodobých zahraničních pobytů, workshopů a e-learningu s aktivní účastí cílové skupiny a zahraničních specialistů. Znalosti a dovednosti získané v průběhu krátkodobého zahraničního pobytu budou dále aktivně předávány v průběhu workshopů dalším členům cílové skupiny a dále vybraným specialistům z vědeckovýzkumných institucí. Realizaci budou za podpory vedení projektu provádět mladí věděčtí pracovníci, kteří takto získají další zkušenosti . (cs)
