Description	Studium vybraných materiálů na hranici magnetického uspořádaní, analýza a vysvětlení pozorovaných jevů. Rozšíření dostupných experimentálních metod používaných pro určení fyzikálních vlastností ve velmi nízkých teplotách. (cs) The principal goal of the project is to study materials on the verge of magnetism (in some cases with the coexisting superconductivity), connected with a specific electronic structure or reduced dimensionality, with up to now unachievable experimental conditions in the Joint Laboratory for Magnetic Studies in Prague (low temperatures, in high magnetic fields and high pressures). For this purpose several experimental methods utilizing a newly build 3He/4He dilution refrigerator will be implemented and utilized for investigation of new materials with strongly correlated electrons. The experiments will be in the advanced stages of the project completed by investigations of microscopic mechanisms by neutron scattering, methods using synchrotron radiation and muon spectroscopy in foreign laboratories.
