  • Účelem projektu je vyvinout elektrochemickou a optickou metodu k citlivému a levnému stanovení sekvencí nukleotidů v oligonukleotidech a její uplatnění v lékařské diagnostice. Dalším cílem projektu bude nalezení optimálních podmínek pro imobilizaci ODN vDNA biosensorech, optimální metody pro citlivou detekci hybridizace a mikrodetekci vzorků ODN v malých objemech. Podobný metodologický přístup použijeme při stanovení podmínek pro dosažení optimální biokompatibility titanových implantátů. (cs)
  • The aim of the proposed project is to develop an electrochemical and optical method for a sensitive and cheap determination of nucleotide sequence in oligonucleotides and application of this method in medical diagnosis. The other aim of the project will be to find the optimal conditions for the ODN probe immobilization in DNA biosensors, optimal method for a sensitive hybridization detection and microdetection of ODN samples in small volumes. Similar methodological approach we will use for the determination of conditions for optimal biocompatibility of titanium implants. (en)
