Description
| - In the present time sometimes requirement on the replacement of combustible, ecologically or hygienically harmful eventually maintenance demanding fluid dielectrics in electric machines occures. Both fluid and solid materials and seeling compounds may be considered. As fluid dielectrics usually fulfil two functions both of cooling and insulation media, a simple replacement might be possible but it is often economically disadvantageous. The paper deals with the case of the seeling compound with higher thermal conductivity on the one hand and of fresh water in combination with the unwettable winding insulation on the other hand are used. Comparison was made theoretically and also on the base of the temperature field calculated by the FEM method as a replacement for the actual winding geometry.

- V současné době se v některých případech vyskytuje požadavek na náhradu hořlavých, ekologicky nebo hygienicky závadných, případně na údržbu náročných kapalných dielektrik elektrických strojů. V úvahu připadají jak kapalné, tak pevné, zalévací, hmoty. Protože však kapalná dielektrika obvykle plní dvě funkce, jednak chladícího, jednak izolačního media, je prostá náhrada možná, ale často ekonomicky nevýhodná. Článek se zabývá případem kdy je jako náhrada použita zalévací hmota se zvýšenou tepelnou vodivostí na jedné straně a pitvá voda v kombinaci s nenavlhavou izolací vinutí na straně druhé. Porovnání je provedeno jednak teoreticky jednak na základě výpočtu teplotního pole provedeného metodou FEM pro konkrétní geometrii vinutí. (cs)
