Description	This study investigates the relationship between exposure to PAHs, polymorphisms of metabolizing (GSTM1, GSTP1, GSTT1, EPHX1, CYP1A1-MspI) and DNA repair (XRCC1, XPD) genes and DNA adducts in group of occupationally exposed policemen from Prague along with the „unexposed“ controls. Personal exposure to 8 carcinogenic PAHs was evaluated by personal samplers during workshift prior to collection of biological samples.
