Description
| - Diffusion characteristics of 99Mo in three amorphous alloys were measured using serial sectioning method combined with Ar+ ion beam sputtering technique. The study was carried out in the temperature interval 548 – 648 K. It was found that diffusion is controlled by two diffusion mechanisms and that the faster one is sensitive to thermal pre-treatment of the alloy. It was concluded that the slower diffusion mechanism is due to volume diffusion in rest amorphous phase, the faster one can be ascribed to diffusion in interface between the crystallites and rest amorphous phase.

- Difúzní chcrakteristiky 99Mo ve třech amorfních slitinách byly měřeny metodou odebírání vrstev kombinovanou metodou odprašování ionty Ar+. Měření proběhla v teplotním intervalu 548-648 K. Bylo zjištěno, že difúze je řízena dvěma difúzními mechanismy, kde ten rychlejší je citlivý na teplotní předzpracování slitin. Byl udělán závěr, že pomalejší difúzní mechanismus odpovídá objemové difúzi ve zbytkové amorfní fázi a rychlejší je přisouzen difúzi na rozhraní mezi krystality a zbytkovou amorfní fází. (cs)
