Description
| - Byla vyvinuta metoda, eliminující degradaci lykopenu v průběhu analýzy. Nadkritická fluidní extrakce oxidem uhličitým jako extrakčním médiem byla on-line spojena s vysokoúčinnou kapalinovou chromatografií, kde byla k záchytu a následné separaci analytů použita jediná monolitická kolona. Metoda byla ve studovaném rozsahu lineární, reprodukovatelná, citlivá a rychlá. Lykopen byl stanoven v rajčatech, övoci a některých ovocných výrobcích (cs)
