  • Preparation of metal selenides on metal surfaces by the laser photolysis of R1SeR2 (1) and R3SeSeR4 (2) in the gas phase (1) and/or (2) below decomposition temperature of (1) and/or (2) forming selenium and/or selenium compounds, and successive heating of the selenium and/or selenium compounds under the melting points of the selenium and/or selenium compounds. The process is induced by either UV-VIS or IR light, including lasers.

  • IČ laserové ozařování plynné směsi pentakarbonylu železa-trimetyl(metoxy)silanu-etylénu v Ar vede k etylenem fotosenzibilovanému rozkladu pentakarbonylu železa na elementární železo a k rozkladu trimetyl(metoxy)silanu na částice, které polymerují na metylmetoxysilikonový polymer. Dva současně probíhající procesy dovolují tvorbu Fe/Fe oxide/metylmetoxysilikonového nanokompositu, o kterém bylo prokázáno pomocí spektrálních analýz a elektronové mikroskopie, že se skládá z shluků Fe oxidovaných na povrchu a pokrytých organokřemičitým polymerem. Tato procedura je slibná pro syntézu shluků Fe vložených do polymerní matrice. (cs)
