  • Nadměrná ozářenost v průběhu fotoautotrofní in vitro kultivace rostlin tabáku urychlila vývoj listu a způsobila rychlý nástup příznaků, které obvykle doprovázejí senescenci: klesal obsah chlorofylů a+b i poměr chlorofylů a/b, klesala maximální i aktuální fotochemická účinnost fotosystému II a narůstalo nefotochemické zhášení fluorescence chlorofylu a. Rychlost čisté fotosyntézy však vykázala typický ontogenetický chod s postupným nárůstem a maximem v době před plným rozvinutím listu. Nadměrná ozářenost tedy nezpůsobila časný nástup senescence listu, ale narušila výkonnost fotosyntézy a obsah chlorofylu v listu a změnila jejich typické ontogenetické chody (cs)

Nevertheless, net photosynthetic rate exhibited a typical ontogenetic course with gradual increase reaching its maximum before full leaf area expansion.
