Description
  • Quality improvement in college study sphere became the purpose for compilation the dynamic model, focused to improving certain sphere of making strategic decisions at the college level, as well as a expanding methods, used in college management within the decision making process. Existence of simulation models enabling to simulate the consequences of decision making process, may contribute to improvement of said processes as well as rationalization of the above mentioned processes. Simulation models might be applied by college deans (and/or by other decision making persons of college management). By means of these models they could create different future situation scenarios, before making appropriate decision (number of students, amount of the financial grant, number of tutors, etc.). Methodics of system dynamics and Powersim software support have been chosen to resolve this task, i.e. to create and performance of the simulation model.
