  • Fotocitlivé prášky sulfidu kademnatého dopovaného donory (Cl-, 0 – 41 mg/g CdS) a akceptory (Cu2+ a Ag+, 0 – 9 mg/g CdS) byly charakterizovány granulometrií, rastrovacím elektronovým mikroskopem, rentgenovou difrakcí a spektry optické odrazivosti. Zabudování chloridových iontů způsobilo zvýšení energie zakázaného pásu z 2,27 na 2,38 eV. Z prášků byly připraveny pasty, přičemž jako pojivo byly použity polystyren, polymethylmetakrylát, poly(N-vinylkarbazol), poly(bisfenol A karbonát) a epoxidová pryskyřice. Vrstvy připravené z past byly charakterizovány pomocí spekter optické odrazivosti a fotovodivosti. Nejvyšší fotovodivost byla nalezena u vrstev tvořených prášky s nízkými koncentracemi dopantů a pojivy obsahujícími skupinu bisfenolu A. (cs)

Incorporation of chloride ions caused the increase of band gap energy from 2.27 to 2.38 eV. Polystyrene, poly(methyl methacrylate), poly(N-vinylcarbazole), poly(bisphenol A carbonate) and epoxy resin were used as binders in pastes containing powders. Layers prepared from the pastes were characterized by reflectivity spectra and photonductivity. The layers composed of powders with low doping levels and binders containing bisphenol A group in the chain exhibited the highest photoconductivity.
