| - Článek popisuje výsledky získané novým typem GaSb polovodičového laseru se zpětnou vazbou a několikanásobnou kvantovou jámou, který pracuje v kontinuálním režimu za pokojové a vyšší teploty. Tyto lasery vykazují dobrou laditelnost změnou budícího proudu, od prahového proudu do 120 mA, a změnou teploty od 0 do 60 oC. Všechny lasery pracují s vysokým výkonem (1-3 mW) v jednomódovém režimu, mohou být proladěny v rozsahu okolo 12 cm-1 ve spektrální oblasti výskytu harmonických pásů metanu a amoniaku a lze jich tedy využít k detekci těchto i jiných plynů. - The paper describes results obtained with a new type of GaSb based semiconductor destributed feedback multiple quantum well lasers operating in continuous wave mode well above room temperature. The lasers show good tunability both by current and temperature from 0 to +60oC and current from threshold up to 120 mA. They all operate in high power (1-3 mW) single mode regime and can be tuned in the methane and ammonia overtone absorption spectral range over up to 12 cm-1 and can be used for the detection of these and other gasses.
