| - In recent years there has been a lot of interest to find a proper exchange for silicon as a material for solar cells. Titanium dioxide was found as a semiconductor with a band gap of the energy of UV light. For the production of solar cells different techniques can be used to form layers of titania. One of these methods is the production of thin layers via the sol-gel technique. In the present study the samples were covered with TiO2 by dip-coating conductive FTO glass using a sol consisting of an organic nonpolar solvent (n-hexane), an organometallic substance (TiOP), a certain amount of water, and a detergent.

- V současné době je velká pozornost věnována nalezení vhodného materiálu výměnou za křemík pro výrobu solárních článků. Oxid titaničitý byl nalezen jako polovodič s energií zakázaného pásu v oblasti UV záření. Pro přípravu solárních článků různými technikami se tedy hodí. Jednou z těchto technik je metoda sol-gel. V předkládané práci byly vzorky připravovány nanesením TiO2 vrstev metodou dip coating na vodivá FTO skla. Sol obsahoval nepolární organické rozpouštědlo (n-hexan), organokovovou sloučeninu (TiOP), vodu a detergent. (cs)
