| - In this work we investigate the photocatalytic properties of self-organized TiO2 nanotube layers. The tubes were grown by anodization of titanium in floride containing electrolytes in two different forms as a %22short%22 tubes (length ~500 nm) and as a %22long%22 tubes (length ~2.5 m) with a tube diameter and wall thickness of approx. 100 and 15 nm, respectively. After annealing the tubes to anatase, we used them for the UV light photocatalytic decomposition of Acid Orange 7 and Methylene Blue as a model compounds. For comparison we investigated also compact anodic TiO2 film (thickness ~ 50 nm). The results show that %22long%22 tubes are in photocatalytic decomposition more effective than %22short%22 tubes, which are better than compact anodic TiO2 layer. The decomposition follows pseudo-first order kinetics. We studied also influence of the initial UV light intensity and the starting concentration of Acid Orange 7 for the long tubes. - V této práci jsme se zabývali fotokatalytickými vlastnostmi vrstev tvořených samoorganizovanými nanotrubičkami TiO2. Anodickou oxidací titanu v elektrolytu obsahujícím fluoridy byly připraveny dvě odlišné formy nanotrubiček - %22krátké%22 trubičky (délka ~500 nm) a %22dlouhé%22 nanotrubičky (délka ~2,5 m). Průměr trubiček byl přibližně 100 nm a tloušťka stěny přibližně 15 nm. Po vyžíhání přešla krystalová struktura vrstvy trubiček na anatas a dále jsme je použili k fotokatalytické degradaci modelových látek Acid Oranž 7 a Methylenová modř. Pro srovnání jsme připravili také anodický film TiO2 (tloušťka ~ 50 nm). Z výsledků je patrné, že %22dlouhé%22 nanotrubičky mají vyšší fotokatalytickou aktivitu než %22krátké%22, které jsou stále více fotokatalyticky aktivnější než kompaktní film TiO2. Rozklad modelových látek probíhá kinetikou pseudoprvního řádu. Dále jsme studovali u %22dlouhých%22 nanotrubiček vliv intenzity UV záření a vliv počáteční koncentrace Acid Oranže 7 na fot (cs)
