| - Vliv plodin na obsah síry v rhizosféře (cs)
- Plant rhizosphere represents an important point of oxidation and reduction processes of sulfur where Grayston and Germida (1990) occurred higher diversity of heterotrophic organisms as well as more intensive sulfur oxidation in rhizosphere compared to bulk soil. However, detailed processes of sulfur transformation are not satisfactorily solved. In our experiment, the effect of different fertilization systems (i) untreated control, ii) sewage sludge, and iii) farmyard manure) on water extractable S forms (total extractable and mineral S-SO42- ) in rhizosphere of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), winter rape (Brassica napus L.), and white lupin (Lupinus albus L.) was investigated in rhizobox experiment provided in a special design rhizoboxes allowing sampling of soil rhizosphere profile according to thickness of 1 mm per one layer.
