Description	We analysed the characteristics of pasture content of clover, grass and other plants. Present study showed that common laboratory analyses could be used for prediction of both potential degradability of DM for pasture forages as the addition method to chemical and biological method of evaluation. The meat protein evaluation was without statistical differences in the breeds of beef cattle. There is tendency to increase of muscle fat in grazing groups of beef. (en) Zjišťovali jsme charakteristiky složení pastevního porostu a zastoupení jetelovin, trav a jiných rostlin. Studie ukázala, že obvyklé laboratorní analýzy mohou být využity jak pro predikci petenciální degradability sušiny pastevní píce, tak i jako dodatečné metody chemického a biologického hodnocení. Hodnocení proteinů v mase neukázalo statisticky významné rozdíly, byla však zaznamenána tendence k nárůstu svalového tuku u pasoucích se skupin skotu. (cs)
