| - Oxid zinečnatý (ZnO) je unikátní materiál s polovodivými, piezoelektrickými, pyroelektrickými a optoelektrickými vlastnostmi. ZnO je transparentní polovodič se šířkou zakázaného pásu 3,37 eV a velkou vazebnou energií (60 meV). Tenké vrstvy ZnO deponované naprašováním jsou ovlivněny při výrobě: a) bombardování terče energetickými iony, b) nízkoteplotní plazmou, c) povrchem substrátu a rostoucím filmem. (cs)
