Description	The study is concerned with three principal problems connected with the reservation rebus sic stantibus. They include the change of circumstances as the reason for the extinction of obligation arising from the contract on future contract, the change of circumstances as the reason for the extinction of another obligation ex contractu, and the change of circumstances as the reason for withdrawal from the contract. (en) Pojednání je zaměřeno na tři hlavní otázky spojené s výhradou rebus sic stantibus. Jednak je to změna okolností jako důvod zániku obligace ze smlouvy o smlouvě budoucí, další je změna okolností jako důvod zániku jiné obligace ex contractu a třetí je změna okolností jako důvod k odstoupení od smlouvy. Pojednání je zaměřeno na tři hlavní otázky spojené s výhradou rebus sic stantibus. Jednak je to změna okolností jako důvod zániku obligace ze smlouvy o smlouvě budoucí, další je změna okolností jako důvod zániku jiné obligace ex contractu a třetí je změna okolností jako důvod k odstoupení od smlouvy.
