Description
| - Indirect somatic embryogenesis in Pisum sativum L. may generate phenotypic / genotypic variation in primary regenerants and their seed progenies. The results of evaluation of genetic stability / variability of direct somatic embryos and somatic embryo-derived plants based on the analyses of DNA content (flow-cytometry) as well as on the use of protein (total proteins and isozymes) and DNA markers are shown in the present study.
