Description
  • This paper deals with the description of cooling of injection moulds by means of CO2. Realisation of new cooling method leads to optimisation of the cooling of the injection tools to improvement of the cooling effectiveness and to improvement of the plastic parts quality. Plastic parts quality depends on the polymers, the technology parameters, the tools and the machines. During injection of the thermoplastics is final injection moulding quality dependent on not only the filling process of the mould cavity but also the velocity and the cooling progress. Knowledge distribution of temperature fields is the important due to deformation, shrinkage and war page of plastic parts.

  • Tento příspěvek se zabývá popisem chlazení vstřikovacích forem pomocí CO2. Realizace nové metody chalzení vedla k optimalizaci temperace vstřikovacího nástroje a ke zvýšení účinnosti chlazení a ke zlepšení kvality plastových dílů. Kvalita výrobků z plastů závisí na plastu, technologických parametrech, nástroji a stroji. Během procesu vstřikování je konečná kvalita dílů z termoplastů závislá nejenom na plnění, ale hlavně na procesu chlazení. Znalosti rozložení teplotních polí jsou důležité kvůli deformacím, smrštění a warapge dílů z plastů. (cs)
