| - Důvěra je velmi důležitým atributem při interakci mezi jednotlivci, skupinami a institucemi naší společnosti. Zároveň i my máme nějakou důvěru v naše okolí, osoby či instituce. Na základě naší důvěry jsme často okolím hodnoceni a posuzování, což nám předurčuje různý způsob interakce se v našem společensko-sociálním prostředí. Na základě dostatečně velké důvěry jednáme se subjekty mnohem otevřeněji, mnohdy mají přístup k různým důvěrným a citlivým informacím. V případě zneužití těchto informací dochází k razantní ztrátě důvěry, která se poté jen těžko obnovuje.<br>V současné době probíhá několik výzkumů v této oblasti, zaměřených především na to, jakým způsobem lze důvěru přenést do virtuálního prostředí.
