  • Byla vyvinuta syntetická cesta k přípravě chirálních derivátů 2-fenylimidazolu a touto cestou bylo syntetizováno sedm chirálních derivátů 2-fenylimidazolu s chirálním centrem v řetězci v poloze 4. Syntéza vychází z dostupných chirálních aminokyselin. Koordinační sloučeniny mědi a připravených derivátů byly studovány jako chirální katalyzátory nitroaldolové kondenzace. (cs)
  • There have been developed a synthetic route for the preparation of chiral 2-phenylimidazole derivatives. This way have been prepared seven chiral derivatives of 2-phenylimidazole with chiral center placed in the chain bonded at position four. The synthesis start from readily available chiral amino acids. The complexes of copper (II) and prepared derivatives have been studied as potential chiral catalysts of nitroaldol condensation as well.
