Description	Několik souborů meziodrůdových substitučních linií pšenice (SL) bylo vytvořeno ve VÚRV, v.v.i v průběhu posledních 50 let. Jde o substituce chromosomů 2. a 5. homoeologické skupiny s definovanými geny ovlivňujícími ranost a růstový typ, využívány. Článek sumarizujevýsledky testů přítomnosti substitucí a informuje, které z nich zůstaly zachovány pro využití.těchto specifických materiálů k dalšímu studiu procesů růstu a vývoje a ve šlechtění. (cs) Several sets of wheat inter-varietal chromosome substitution lines (SLs), mainly with homoeologous groups 2 and 5 have been produced over the last fifty years at the CRI (formerly RICP) in Prague-Ruzyně, based on cyto and genetic manipulations using aneuploids. The DNA analyses of the lines using SSR markers has and chromosomes allowed incorrect substitutions or partial substitutions to be identified and discarded. This paper summarizes the results of recent molecular checks of the substitution line collections at CRI and makes the lines available for further research and breeding purposes.
