  • Rutin je přírodní antioxidant působící příznivě na zdraví člověka. Cílem práce bylo porovnat výsledky tří analytických (HPLC a dvou kolorimetrických) metod, použitých pro stanovení koncentrace rutinu v pohance tatarské z různých zemí původu. Nejvyšší koncentrace rutinu se nacházely v listech, dále v semenech a stoncích. Nejnižší obsahy byly zjištěny v kořenech. Nejméně rutinu bylo nalezeno v pohance tatarské pocházející z Pákistánu. Spektrofotometrická metoda s použitím chloridu hlinitého je velmi expeditivní a vhodná pro rutinní analýzy obsahu rutinu v rostlinném materiálu. (cs)
  • Rutin is a natural antioxidant beneficial to human health. The objective of the study was to compare the results of three analytical methods( HPLC and two spectrophotometic ones) used for the determination of rutin concentration in plant material that was represented by Tartary buckwheat from different countries of origin. The highest rutin concentration was measured in leaves, followed by seeds and stems. The lowest concentrations were dermined in roots. Generally, the lowest concentrations of rutin were measured in Fagopyrum tataricum (L.) Gaertn. originating from Pakistan. A spectrophotometric method using AlCl3 is very expeditious and can be considered as suitable for routine measurements of rutin content in plant material.
